Sydon -

We are sydon. Commerce should be about the brand you build, not the operation you survive. Most operators run their business across fragmented tools that don't talk to each other, each one finding problems and handing the work back. We're building sydon Symphony, the agentic operating system for commerce, where AI agents do that work themselves and Symphony orchestrates them into one system instead of a fragmented stack of tools. Eleven of those agents run in production today.

Your goal

Be the hands that make sydon look like sydon everywhere: designed documents, social graphics, carousels, thumbnails, ad creative, and short-form video edits for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. A design system and asset library already exist; your job is production velocity at a high bar, not inventing a brand from scratch. We do not care how many years you have. We care what your portfolio looks like and how fast you can ship at that quality.

What you'll own

- Designed documents and web/print materials,



produced within our design system
- The weekly social output: carousels, quote cards, thumbnails, shorts and reels edits
- Launch and campaign creative, working from briefs prepared by the Editorial Lead
- Ad creative when paid channels switch on
- Consistency: every asset on-system, accessible, and correct

What you bring

- A portfolio showing both static design and short-form video editing
- Fluency in Figma (or equivalent) and a modern video editor (Premiere, CapCut Pro, DaVinci)
- Precision inside an existing design system, not approximation
- Comfort with a weekly shipping cadence and a review gate
- Bonus: motion graphics, data-visualization sensibility, basic HTML/CSS

Remote (India) · Full time, contract-to-hire (90 days, conversion on delivery) · Flexible IST with a 6:30-9:30 pm IST overlap window · Start: immediate.
