About ThisAI ThisAI is an AI-powered Career & Placement Intelligence Platform helping schools and colleges prepare students for successful careers through AI-driven assessments, career guidance, mentoring, and industry readiness programs.

We're looking for someone who loves creating videos and wants to build a strong content portfolio while working with a fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do

- Plan content with our marketing and social media team.
- Research content trends and contribute fresh ideas.
- Shoot engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Record videos independently using your own smartphone.
- Create talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, campus visits, and event coverage.
- Coordinate with the editing team for final production.
- If you can edit videos yourself, that's a strong advantage.
- Ensure at least 3 high-quality videos are published every week.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is comfortable in front of the camera.
- Can confidently shoot videos independently.
- Understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
- Has good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Is creative,



proactive, and eager to learn.
- Can consistently meet content deadlines.
- Owns a smartphone capable of recording high-quality videos.

Bonus Skills

- Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Canva or basic graphic design.
- Photography.
- Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube pages.
