Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Jalandhar.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging digital assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, short videos, and graphics aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include brainstorming content ideas with the marketing team, planning content calendars, writing clear and compelling copy, and coordinating with designers and video editors to produce visual content. The role also involves adapting content for different platforms, optimizing materials based on performance data,



and maintaining consistency of tone and messaging across channels.

The Content

Creator will participate in internal reviews, refine content based on feedback, and ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, ad creatives, and short-form video scripts.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to different audiences and marketing objectives.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with graphic design or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, social media trends, and performance-oriented content best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong proofreading and editing abilities for grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketers, designers, and other stakeholders in office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
