Role Description The Content & Brand Manager at "OGIE-Way" will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy for organic growth and oversee content creation. You’ll work closely with the founder and external creators, managing everything from shoot direction to final post-production. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in shaping brand narratives, driving creative direction, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across various channels. This role is instrumental in shaping OGIE's visual identity, content strategy, and overall brand presence. Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Direction:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with OGIE's core values and target audience.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Content Creation and Graphics

Oversee the creation of visually striking graphics, videos, and content that resonate with OGIE's brand philosophy.

Lead the design team/freelancers in producing engaging graphics, short/long form videos and social media assets.

Craft compelling and on-brand copy for various channels, including social media, marketing materials, and product descriptions.





Brand Collaboration

Identify and collaborate with influencers/artists whose values align with OGIE's brand.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Event Presence

Conceptualize and execute OGIE's presence at events, pop-ups, and collaborations.

Ensure a seamless integration of the brand at physical and virtual events.

Graphic Design and Motion Graphics:

Lead the graphic design process in creating captivating visuals for a variety of purposes, from marketing collateral to social media posts.

Oversee the production of motion graphics that elevate OGIE's digital presence.

Video Editing

Manage the creation of video content, including editing and post-production.

Ensure that video content aligns with OGIE's brand narrative and resonates with the target audience. Qualifications

Has 2–5 years of experience in content production, brand storytelling, or social media for youth/lifestyle brands.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communications, Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working in a hybrid setup in New Delhi, with a proactive, self-driven approach and openness to experimentation and creative risk-taking.

Understands streetwear, sneaker, and culture-driven aesthetics (think Corteiz, Stüssy, Supreme, or local underground movements).

Expert in content creation software suite to manage external stakeholders.

Understands short-form video pacing, trends, and cinematic direction.

Able to think like a director, execute like a producer, and edit like a creator.
