Our client is looking to onboard an experienced Consultant – Patent Managed Services to join their Intellectual Property team.
If you have a strong background in US patent drafting , enjoy working at the intersection of technology and intellectual property, and are passionate about delivering high-quality patent services, we'd love to connect.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in patent drafting and IP services
• Hands-on experience drafting US patent applications (Office Action experience preferred)
• Background in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Solid understanding of US, EP, and Indian patent laws
- Registered Patent Agent and/or LL.B. is an added advantage
