Responsibilities
•Prepare sector-focused newsletters •Identify potential M&A; clients for business development purpose •Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books •Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach •Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs) •Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A; transactions •Perform financial and operational benchmarking •Prepare conference presentations •Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A; transactions •Bid summary analysis using qualitative metrices and financial modelling (IRR / MM) •Prepare locked box paper and funds flow models
Qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
