- Identify potential M&A; clients for business development purpose
- Structure and prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books
- Execute valuation analysis through market approach and income approach




- Structure and prepare sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and Management Presentations (MPs)
- Prepare three-statement financial models for M&A; transactions
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking
- Prepare conference presentations
- Assemble Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for M&A; transactions
- Bid summary analysis using qualitative metrices and financial modelling (IRR / MM)
- Prepare locked box paper and funds flow models Qualifications CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management) 3-5 years of work experience
