Job Overview The Siebel CRM Developer / Consultant will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, enhancement, and production support of the Siebel CRM platform. The role focuses on ensuring reliable end-to-end functionality for order capture, product configuration, and customer/account management while supporting seamless integration with Oracle BRM, UIM, OSM, and AIA systems. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of hands-on Siebel CRM development experience, preferably within the Telecom/Communications industry.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM components including Business Components, Business Objects, Workflows, Business Services, and eScript to support order capture and product/service management.

- Customize and maintain the Siebel Product Configurator for complex telecommunications offerings, including bundles, promotions, and eligibility rules.

- Build and support Siebel EAI integrations using Integration Objects, Business Services, and Web Services for real-time and batch interfaces with Oracle BRM, UIM, OSM, and AIA.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes within agreed SLAs, and support SIT/UAT activities,



including test script preparation and JCR sign-off with business stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks while supporting ongoing application development and maintenance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, preferably within the Telecom/Communications domain.

- Strong experience with Siebel Tools, Siebel Open UI, eScript, Workflow Process Manager, and Siebel EAI (Integration Objects, Business Services, and Web Services).

- Positive understanding of the Siebel Communications data model, including Order Management, Product Configurator, and Assets, along with strong SQL and PL/SQL skills on Oracle Database.

- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and incident/change management tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.

- Experience with Oracle RODOD-based BSS stacks, Siebel Communications, Media & Energy (CME), Oracle AIA, or Oracle SOA Suite is an added advantage.

- Oracle Siebel Certification is a plus.
