Role Description The Consultant Sales (Edtech Numerology) role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the consultant will engage prospective learners and clients interested in Edtech numerology offerings, explain program details, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable courses or services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions. The consultant will follow up with leads, manage inquiries across channels,



and work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires consistent on-site presence to participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coordinated sales activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate Edtech numerology solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality, supportive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Ability to work with targets, use basic CRM tools or sales tracking systems, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Prior experience in Edtech, education sales, or counseling roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
