Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Customize existing themes and plugins.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Create and manage Custom Post Types (CPTs), Taxonomies, and Meta Boxes.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Minimize the usage of Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders.
- Optimize website performance using caching, lazy loading, image optimization, and code minification.
- Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID).
- Implement responsive designs using Bootstrap or CSS frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
- Perform website migrations from local to live servers.
- Manage multisite WordPress installations.
- Implement SEO/AEO/GEO best practices including schema markup, metadata, XML sitemaps, and URL optimization.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WordPress security vulnerabilities and website security issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
