- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency resuscitative efforts when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
