- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Mumbai retail real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end construction project execution.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and review project plans, progress reports, and execution schedules.
- Manage project resources, procurement, and contractor performance.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular management updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
