About the Role The Consultant is responsible for delivering digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives by combining robust business analysis, techno-functional expertise, and disciplined project execution. This role works closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants to translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery.

The Consultant owns the successful execution of assigned projects or work streams across the software delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and business adoption. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional professional with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving business problems using modern technologies including AI, analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

· Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or work streams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

· Execute project activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

· Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, QA, product, analytics, and AI teams.

· Track project milestones,



dependencies, risks, and action items while proactively escalating issues that may impact delivery.

· Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile delivery environments.

Business Analysis & Solution Design

· Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering workshops to understand business objectives and pain points.

· Document business requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.

· Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements.

· Translate business requirements into clear functional solutions while collaborating with technical teams on implementation.

· Support solution validation by ensuring delivered functionality aligns with business expectations.

Technology & AI Enablement

· Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to support implementation of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

· Identify opportunities where AI, Generative AI, automation, or analytics can improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

· Assist in evaluating solution feasibility, validating outputs, and supporting user adoption activities.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using available analytical tools where applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Build effective working relationships with business users and project stakeholders.

· Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution demonstrations, UAT sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.





· Provide regular project status updates and maintain clear communication across project teams.

· Work closely with Senior Consultants to ensure alignment with governance standards and project objectives.

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

· Ensure project deliverables comply with organizational standards, governance processes, and documentation requirements.

· Support project governance activities by maintaining project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports.

· Identify opportunities to improve business processes, delivery practices, and team efficiency.

· Contribute to reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and knowledge repositories.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Project Delivery, or related consulting roles.

· Experience participating in end-to-end software or digital transformation projects.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business analysis techniques.

· Good understanding of AI, automation, analytics, and emerging enterprise technologies.

· Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
