Job Title:- CONGA CPQ and CLM

We are looking for a Conga CPQ and CLM SME with robust hands-on technical expertise to work on end-to-end implementation and enhancement of CPQ and contract lifecycle management solutions. The candidate must have deep experience in configuration, customisation, and integration across Quote-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure product catalogue, bundles, and pricing rules in Conga CPQ.
- Implement discounting, approvals, and quote lifecycle processes.
- Configure contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows in Conga CLM.
- Develop and customise solutions using Apex / callbacks / APIs.
- Integrate CPQ and CLM with CRM/ERP and downstream systems.
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, and UAT support.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimise performance of CPQ/CLM solutions.




- Work directly with business stakeholders and provide SME guidance.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

5+ years of hands-on experience in Conga CPQ and Conga CLM

Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Product configuration and bundles.
- Pricing models (tiered, attribute-based, contract-based).
- CPQ business rules and approvals.
- Contract lifecycle workflows.

Strong technical development experience:

- Apex / custom logic / APIs / callbacks.
- Experience in system integrations (CRM / ERP / Billing).
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Lead-to-Revenue processes.

Good to Have

- Domain experience in Manufacturing / MedTech / High-Tech.
- Experience in Conga Composer / X-Author / Orchestrate.
- Exposure to global delivery.
