About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge / Tour Manager to join our Luxury Escapades team. This role involves curating exceptional travel experiences, managing high-profile clients, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements to deliver unparalleled luxury services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage luxury tours and personalized travel experiences.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are anticipated and met.

- Collaborate with luxury hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators to deliver premium experiences.

- Handle last-minute changes, client requests, and crisis management with professionalism.

- Research and stay updated on exclusive destinations, events, and trends in luxury travel.

- Provide concierge services, including dining reservations, event bookings, and bespoke activities.

- Maintain excellent relationships with clients to build loyalty and repeat business.

- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships efficiently.





- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all logistical arrangements are flawless.

- Represent the brand's ethos of excellence and discretion in all client interactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or tour management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in managing travel software and CRM systems.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Versatile and adaptable to working irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Passion for travel, luxury, and delivering top-tier client experiences.
