We are seeking an experienced Confectionery Staff with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in confectionery manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day confectionery production operations. Prepare and process confectionery products according to standard recipes and quality specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards throughout production. Coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Train and supervise production staff. Maintain production records and inventory of raw materials.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
