Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Composite Executive / FRP Technician, based in Balanagar with some work from home flexibility. The responsibilities include precision manufacturing of composites, FRP parts, and assembly; process operations such as lamination, resin infusion, bonding, and finishing; and quality checks to maintain high production standards.



The role also requires close collaboration with engineers to ensure all project specifications and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

Experience in composite manufacturing processes such as lamination, resin infusion, bonding, and trimming.

Proficiency in handling FRP tools, materials, molds, and general fabrication techniques.

Understanding of quality assurance processes, including inspections and defect rectifications.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical challenges.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the engineering and production teams.

Relevant work experience in composite materials or FRP production is highly desirable.

Certification or technical diploma in a related field is a plus.
