Silcarb Recrystallized Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated CAE / CFD Engineer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in thermal and fluid flow simulations, particularly related to industrial furnaces and high-temperature systems.

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Educational Qualification

 B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

 M.Tech in Thermal / CFD / Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

 Perform CFD and thermal simulations for high-temperature furnaces, ovens, and thermal processing equipment.

 Conduct radiation modeling, turbulence modeling, heat transfer analysis, and flow distribution studies to optimize thermal performance.

 Develop and validate simulation methodologies using experimental and operational data to ensure model accuracy and reliability.

 Execute engineering design calculations and evaluated system performance to support design decisions.

 Prepare comprehensive technical reports, simulation documentation, and engineering presentations for stakeholders.

 Support product development and continuous optimization by providing simulation-driven engineering insights.





 Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to implement engineering improvements and enhance product performance.

 Independently manage end-to-end simulation projects, from problem definition and model development to validation and final recommendations.

Software Knowledge: ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS Meshing,

ANSYS CFD-Post, SpaceClaim, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word.

 Thermal and structural coupling

 Design optimization

 Engineering validation techniques

 Technical problem-solving capability

Candidate Profile

 Strong analytical and engineering fundamentals

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 Valuable communication and technical reporting skills

 Experience in industrial thermal systems is highly preferred

 Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects
