Latinum is hiring for a leading technology client seeking a Compliance Techno Legal – International Law professional to support legal, compliance, and technology functions across global markets. This role involves managing commercial contracts, cross-border legal matters, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology-related legal initiatives while working closely with business and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, software licensing, vendor contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and service agreements.
- Support cross-border contracts and legal matters across international jurisdictions.
- Advise on technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research on global regulations and provide practical business guidance.
- Monitor compliance obligations, contract renewals, and regulatory developments.
- Assist in policy development, audits, due diligence, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering,



IT, Procurement, HR, and external legal counsel on legal and compliance matters.

Requirements

- LL.B. with 4–7 years of experience in techno-legal, technology law, commercial contracts, or compliance.
- Exposure to international legal frameworks and cross-border contracts (UK, UAE, Singapore, Europe, or the US).
- Solid knowledge of commercial contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and technology regulations.
- Familiarity with GDPR, India's DPDP Act, UAE PDPL, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience with technology, SaaS, fintech, telecom, AI, or consumer-tech organizations.
- Exposure to multinational companies or international law firms.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal operations platforms.
- Certifications in data privacy or technology law are an added advantage.
