About the Role The Associate Executive- Statutory compliance will be responsible for statutory compliance and benefits management.

Responsibilities

- To develop processes which ensure compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies
- Administer the Industry laws and necessary compliances and implement in the Industry/ Enhance Movate Policy as per requirement based on compliance aspect.
- Manages the member Joining and exit procedure under various enactments under statutory compliance
- Monitoring and Maintenance of all records and forms under various applicable acts PAN India and Laws.
- Responsible for maintaining harmonious relations with Employees, liaison with Government Labor office and Factory Inspector.
- Employees data uploading on ESIC/EPF portal, Employees UAN Generation, Employees ESIC/EPF code generation, ECR/Challan Generation and submission.
- Ensure filing of all the statutory returns and Remittance with the respective government authorities in prescribed time limit.
- Ensure filing of all claims applications under various enactments.
- Responsible for communicating a monthly HR report to the process leader.
- Facilitate and actively coach members and managers on process improvement and performance improvement initiatives.




- Handling and Monitoring Employee All queries under various enactments like, Mails, Ask HR. Telephonic etc and respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive employee inquiries and complaints.
- Movate Clients Compliance records maintenance, and getting approval from departments under contract labour Act regulations and Abolition Act.
- All statutory compliance database management and getting licences from the Department under various enactments.
- Legal Representation on behalf of Company and handling all legal issues related to labour Act.
- Verifying the Vendors Compliance Records and other statutory norms in respective sites.
- To handle independent internal / external audit, inspection under various compliances i.e. PF, ESI, Labour etc.
- Ensure that all functions within Statutory Compliance is delivering service at excellent customer service levels.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have good knowledge of Labour Laws compliance i.e. Licensing, Returns, and other requirements.
- Must Have a Good knowledge in Statutory Compliance state and local level & Internal statutory audit.
- Partner with all functions of HR to ensure data & process integrity.
