- To ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards across the Retail Lending business by proactively addressing audit and RBI observations, managing policy documentation, overseeing partner compliance, and strengthening risk governance frameworks.
- The role is responsible for supporting internal and branch audits, driving timely and accurate PDD management, reviewing critical reports, and ensuring all customer and partner documentation aligns with regulatory expectations.
- This role acts as a key interface between business, risk, legal, and audit teams to maintain a culture of compliance and operational integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Addressing Audit and RBI Queries and observations and taking corrective steps.
- Assisting in internal audits and ensuring compliance.
- Designing, reviewing, and updating SOPs in collaboration with the ORM team.
- Branch Audit Support:



Assisting in conducting branch audits across multiple locations / Sending warning letters.
- PDD management and governance for secured LOB: Connecting with stakeholders for PDD submission / Sending letters for penalty / Governance call for committee discussions.
- Assigning risk category: invalid PAN, address-unavailable customers with the help of QBE team.
- Changes in the SOC / Agreements, and application forms as per regulatory requirements and internal policy changes.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the external partners are following the outsourcing guidelines.
- Reviewing and taking actions based on FRMU reports on case-related digressions post discussion with the business team.
