Role Description The Compliance Manager is a full-time, remote/on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance related to EPR, CPCB guidelines, waste management,



and sustainability programs. The role involves monitoring relevant environmental and waste management regulations, interpreting requirements, and translating them into internal policies and SOPs.

The Compliance

Manager will coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and recycling teams to ensure end-to-end compliance across collection, reverse logistics, recycling, and reporting activities. This position requires preparing and reviewing compliance documentation, audits, and submissions to regulatory authorities, as well as maintaining accurate records and traceability for clients. The role also includes engaging with clients on compliance matters, supporting sustainability reporting and impact measurement, and contributing to internal training and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

Ability to analyze complex regulatory documents, interpret requirements, and create explicit processes and documentation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams, regulators, and client organizations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
