We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Intern to support our Compliance team in managing regulatory operations and ensuring adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository regulations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance processes within a rapid-paced fintech environment. What You’ll Do

Assist in ensuring day-to-day compliance with regulations, circulars, and notifications issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories

Monitor exchange portals for new circulars, regulatory updates, and compliance submissions

Maintain and update the internal compliance calendar

Assist with secretarial compliance work

Prepare board documents, resolutions, and meeting minutes

Maintain statutory registers and records coordinate for ROC/MCA filings and Companies Act compliances

Coordinate with internal and external departments What We’re Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed LLB / CS / CA / MBA / Commerce-related degree

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication

Basic understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage timelines effectively
