Role Description The Compliance Analyst / Data Governance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kuchaman City. This role is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across operations and data processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing policies and procedures, conducting compliance and data audits, analyzing financial and operational data for risks, and maintaining documentation that supports governance and regulatory standards.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement controls, provide compliance guidance, prepare reports for management, and support continuous improvements in data quality, privacy, and security.
The individual will regularly communicate findings, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives related to compliance and data governance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and support adherence to relevant standards.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, assess risk, and support informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and deliver compliance-related guidance.
Relevant experience in compliance, risk management, data governance, or internal audit in corporate or educational/training environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Information Management, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in compliance, audit, or data governance are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive information, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important for success in this role.
