- Manage the end-to-end increment and PLP process across business units.
- Prepare compensation structures, compensation sheets, and reward analytics.
- Administer and optimize the Performance Management System, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Participate in external compensation surveys and provide market intelligence insights.
- Review and update HR policies, employee handbook content, and HR process documentation.
- Manage employee advantages administration and insurance renewals.
- Ensure timely submission of employee and dependent data to insurance partners.
- Coordinate with Finance, HRBPs, Shared Services, and external vendors for rewards and benefits governance. Key Competencies - Analytical and data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboard reporting tools.
Technical
Skills - Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits frameworks and reward strategies.

- Increment & Merit Planning
- Performance Linked Pay (PLP) Administration
- Salary Structure Design
- Job Evaluation & Compensation Analysis
- Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Compensation Surveys & Market Benchmarking
- Employee Perks Administration (GMC, GPA, GTLI, OPD, Gratuity)
- Proficiency in HRMS and PMS platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics, reporting, and presentations.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
Educational
Qualification - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Certifications in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Rewards Management, or HR Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience - 6–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Performance Management, and Employee Benefits Administration.
- Experience in managing annual compensation reviews, incentive programs, and performance management cycles in a large, multi-business environment.
- Exposure to HRMS/PMS platforms and compensation benchmarking methodologies.
- Experience working with insurance providers, survey consultants, and senior business stakeholders.
