About the Role: As our Compensation & Rewards Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Total Rewards philosophy. You'll design creative compensation structures, develop employee benefits, and create outcome-based incentive programs that prioritize quality of care and patient experience over traditional metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards framework aligned with company values and goals

Manage salary structures, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity

Design employee benefits and wellness programs to promote work-life balance

Conduct industry benchmarking and salary surveys in healthcare, diagnostics, and health-tech sectors

Collaborate with clinical leadership to create performance incentives focused on quality of care





Lead annual appraisal cycles, merit increases, and bonus payouts

Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness and provide insights to leadership

Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Performance Management

Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, or health-tech preferred

Master’s degree or MBA in HR, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms and financial modeling

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
