- ACS β ICSI member, mandatory
- 6β12 years post-qualification experience
- Hands-on experience with SEBI LODR compliance β quarterly, half-yearly and annual filings, Reg 30 disclosures
- Board and committee secretarial β independently drafting notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions
- ROC filings and MCA compliance under the Companies Act 2013
- Insider trading code management β SDD maintenance, trading window closures
- Experience at a BSE or NSE listed company, or a company actively preparing for listing
- Comfortable working independently with a small/lean team β this is a hands-on role, not a purely supervisory one
- Mumbai based or willing to relocate

- LLB qualification alongside CS
- Real estate sector experience β RERA compliance exposure
- Labour law / employment compliance exposure
- FEMA / RBI compliance exposure
- Experience with capital market transactions β NCDs,
preferential allotments, rights issues
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end SEBI LODR compliance β all periodic and event-based disclosures to BSE and NSE
- Board and committee meeting management β notices, agendas, minutes, post-meeting compliance
- Annual General Meeting β planning and execution
- Insider trading code administration and structured digital database (SDD) maintenance
- ROC filings, statutory registers, annual returns
- Related party transaction documentation and approvals
- Liaison with SEBI, stock exchanges, RTA and ROC
- Supporting management on governance matters relevant to GIC Singapore's co-promoter status
- Coordinating with auditors, legal counsel and consultants as required
