We're looking for someone who's creative, proactive, and excited to build something from scratch. This role is all about creating a excellent experience for our users, building meaningful conversations.
This is not just a customer support role. You're the bridge between our users, therapists, and the OpenDiary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Come up with creative ideas to improve the customer experience and make the community more engaging, supportive, and enjoyable for users.
- Respond to users' diary entries promptly (ideally within 5 minutes) with thoughtful and empathetic replies.
- Build meaningful conversations that encourage users to continue writing and engaging with the community.
- Guide users toward appropriate therapy sessions whenever needed.
- Handle user queries related to the OpenDiary app and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Act as the bridge between users, therapists, and the community, ensuring everyone has a positive experience.
- Understand the platform thoroughly so you can confidently resolve user questions and concerns.
- Share feedback and insights from the community with the team to help improve the product and user experience
Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:
- Is excited to work in a startup and wants to grow along with us.
- Is enthusiastic about learning how a startup is built from the inside.
- Can work 6 days a week with rotational shifts of around 9–10 hours, depending on community activity.
- Is proactive, responsible, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Has excellent written communication skills and can respond with empathy.
- Can work comfortably on a mobile phone, since most of the work doesn't require a laptop. However, having a laptop is preferred for brainstorming sessions, team discussions, training, and other activities that help you learn and grow.
