About the Role

We're building a community-based platform with multiple engaged communities (think Facebook Groups meets Reddit functionality. Places where members actively discuss, share, and engage with each other).

We're looking for a Community Content Strategist to own content strategy and execution across these communities.

What You'll Do

- Develop content strategy and frameworks for multiple communities on our platform
- Create engagement prompts, discussion starters, and conversation templates that drive meaningful member interaction
- Build guidelines and best practices for community leaders on content creation
- Work with content tools and AI to generate and customize content across communities at scale
- Populate communities with high-quality, relevant content that resonates with different audience segments




- Monitor what content works, what engages members, and optimize accordingly
- Build repeatable processes and documentation that scale across communities
- Support community leaders with content direction and examples

You'll Need

- Experience with community engagement, content strategy, or online community management
- Comfort with content tools and AI platforms (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to create content frameworks that work across different communities
- Solid writing and communication skills
- Ability to think about scalability and repeatability
- Self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes
