Project

Bhaskar is a new intiative by Adaptiv with special focus on building experiences, apps and research around culture, climate and technology. The Community and Content Manager for Culture Tech will be responsible for shaping and growing Project Bhaskar's Culture Tech community, both online and offline. This full-time, in office role in Ajmer involves planning and managing community programs, hosting events, and engaging with creators, partners, and users to foster meaningful conversations around culture and technology.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing content across social media and community channels, developing editorial themes, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role will also include monitoring community feedback, responding to inquiries, coordinating with product and design teams, and preparing reports on audience engagement and growth.



This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities, telling stories, and translating complex AI concepts into accessible, culture-focused narratives.

Qualifications

Community building and management skills, including experience moderating online platforms, organizing events or meetups, and nurturing long-term member relationships.

Content strategy and planning abilities, with experience defining editorial calendars, aligning content with product and brand goals, and identifying relevant cultural themes.

Strong writing and editing skills for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and community updates, with attention to clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Basic digital marketing and social media skills, including platform management, analytics tracking, and optimizing content for reach and engagement.

Understanding or interest in culture, media, and technology, with the ability to translate AI and product features into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams and represent the brand in public-facing settings.

Comfort working on-site in Ajmer, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Cultural Studies) or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in community or content roles is preferred.
