Communication Coach & Trainer

Location: Bengaluru (Fractional/Consulting Engagement)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Communication Coach & Trainer to design and deliver practical learning interventions that enhance business communication, customer interaction, and professional effectiveness across the organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with employees, managers, business leaders, and HR to identify learning needs, deliver individual and group coaching, and drive measurable improvements in workplace communication and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs on business communication, professional writing, structured communication, and customer interaction.
- Build capability in critical thinking, active listening, effective questioning, and problem-solving communication.
- Coach employees on presentation skills, executive presence, stakeholder management, assertiveness, and handling difficult conversations.
- Deliver cross-cultural communication and customer service excellence programs for global teams.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
- Use role plays, simulations, and workplace scenarios to provide practical, behavior-based coaching.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning interventions aligned to business requirements.
- Develop assessments, learning content, reinforcement plans, and learning resources.
- Partner with business leaders, managers, and HR to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Must Have Skills:




- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Training, Communication Coaching, Learning & Development, or Capability Building.
- Strong expertise in Business Communication and Workplace Communication.
- Experience designing and delivering communication and behavioral development programs.
- Excellent facilitation and adult learning skills.
- Experience in individual and group coaching.
- Strong presentation skills coaching experience.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and executive presence coaching.
- Solid interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to measure learning effectiveness and behavioral change.

Good to Have:
- Experience in IT Services, Technology, Managed Services, or IT-enabled organizations.
- Experience coaching technical professionals working with global or US-based customers.
- Voice & Accent training experience.
- Cross-cultural communication expertise.
- Customer Service Excellence training.
- Knowledge of competency development frameworks.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Coaching, Behavioral Skills, or Voice & Accent.
