Graduate with 3-4 yrs of experience in installation & commissioning of Gas & Oil fired Galvanizing Furnaces. Should have worked in OEM/Capital goods/Industrial Machinery. Excellent written & spoken communication skills.

Required Skills Applicant must have a good working knowledge of hot water boilers, burners (gas, oil & combination), fuel & air settings associated controls and electrical circuits and combustion.

Must be able to troubleshoot and perform start-up and combustion tests.

Knowledge of stack parameter settings for oxygen, carbon dioxide, excess air and efficiency

Knowledge of various field instruments such as flame controls, thermocouples, pressure switches, flow meters, actuators, level switches etc

Knowledge of PLC panel maintenance and troubleshooting.

OEM experience will be preferred Responsibilities And Duties Commissioning,
