Responsibilities

- Identify potential Prabhavaks in assigned cities or districts.

- Reach out through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Explain the program and encourage creators to join.

- Conduct online onboarding sessions and guide them through the registration process.

- Build and manage WhatsApp communities.

- Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities.

- Follow up with interested candidates and answer basic queries.

- Coordinate with the project team to achieve weekly onboarding targets.

- Share ideas to improve community engagement and growth.
