Ten11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and passionate Commis I (Commi I) Chef to join our Chennai Lounge and deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Position:- Commis I (Commi I) Chef

Location:-Chennai Lounge, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and company SOPs.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Follow FSSAI guidelines and kitchen sanitation procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the senior chef about inventory requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely order preparation.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance requirements.

Eligibility

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.




- 2–4 years of experience as a Commis I or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Multi-Cuisine food preparation.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
