At Fiori Artisanal, we are a premium, from-scratch dessert kitchen and café focused on European cuisine, conscious sourcing, and refined craftsmanship. As we grow, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our kitchen team.

Position: Commis II

Departments:

- Continental Kitchen
- Bakery & Pastry Kitchen

Location: Bangalore (Thubarahalli & Whitefield)

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in daily kitchen operations and mise en place
- Execute recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
- Support in preparation of breads, desserts, and plated dishes (based on department)
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Work closely with senior chefs to improve techniques and skills
- Contribute to a positive, disciplined, and collaborative kitchen environment.

Who We’re Looking For:





- 0–2 years of kitchen experience (Continental or Bakery/Pastry)
- Strong interest in European cuisine and artisanal baking
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, detail-oriented environment
