Your Future Employer A leading global financial services organization specializing in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and SBA lending, offering exposure to end-to-end commercial underwriting, credit risk assessment, and deal execution for international lending portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Commercial Underwriting for CRE and SBA loan transactions from credit evaluation to deal closure.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness using the 4Cs of Credit (Character, Capacity, Capital & Collateral) along with detailed credit risk analysis.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls, cash flows, and supporting credit documents.
- Evaluate key underwriting metrics including LTV (Loan-to-Value), DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), Debt Yield, Global Cash Flow, and Liquidity.
- Review loan documentation, prepare credit recommendations, identify underwriting exceptions, and support deal structuring.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Teams, Processors, and Closing Teams to ensure timely loan approvals and successful deal closures.
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance throughout the underwriting process.

Key Requirements

- 3-8 years of experience in End-to-End Commercial Underwriting.
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or SBA Lending.
- Strong expertise in Credit Underwriting,



Credit Risk Assessment, Financial Statement Analysis, and Loan Documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of 4Cs of Credit, LTV, DSCR, Debt Yield, Global Cash Flow, and Commercial Lending Guidelines.
- Experience managing complete underwriting lifecycle through deal closure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate Joiners only.
- Willing to work in US / UK shifts from Mumbai.
