We are looking for a Commercial Tech & Data Lead to join the Global Customer & Sales Tech team and partner with commercial teams across the EMEA region. The role focuses on SalesTech tools, Technology & Data, Program Management, Change Management, Governance, and SOX Compliance, with responsibility for driving adoption and delivering technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage cross-functional technology projects and programs.

- Work with SalesTech tools across SFA, HCP, and TPM areas.
- Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Drive change management, tool adoption, communication, and governance.
- Manage stakeholders across business, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, resources, and project delivery.
- Identify technology trends and opportunities to improve business processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, Privacy, ISRM, and Internal Audit requirements.




- Coordinate and execute SOX compliance and Internal Audit activities.
- Understand application, process, vendor, and functional integration points.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and delivery barriers.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

Mandatory

Skills - 5–8 years of relevant experience.

- Hands-on experience with SalesTech tools – SFA + TPM.
- Strong experience in SOX Compliance – Mandatory.
- Strong Program / Project Management experience.
- Business requirement gathering and Business Analysis.
- Change Management & Technology Adoption.
- Cross-functional stakeholder and Vendor / SLA Management.
- Understanding of Sales, Data & Analytics processes.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- German & English communication skills.
