Job Profile Summary: Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Company’s business plans.
Apart from Corporate Commercial lines of business including Fire and Engineering lines, Liability lines, Marine, Workmen’s Compensation, etc the focus would be on Group Health Business**
This will not include individual policies (motor and health)
Primary responsibilities:
Achieving business target month on month for every line of business set by the Company
Servicing the current set of brokers / intermediaries managing renewals and getting new business
Reaching out to recent brokers / intermediaries to increase penetration in the market
Meeting service level TAT’s set by the distribution team
Coordinating with internal teams as and when required
Meeting clients to increase our market presence
Maintaining required reports as per company guidelines
Ensuring that the sourced business is correctly booked
Coordinating for coinsurance and reinsurance payments

Profile of the candidate:
Total 2 to 8 yrs experience in market in sales / marketing department with Insurance companies / key brokers.
Can be Candidates who are Sales Managers Corporate vertical/ Broking vertical from other GIs
Experience with Corporate Agency Channel handling of the above-mentioned private players will also fit
