ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT: MUST SPEAK SUPERIOR ENGLISH!!!!----WITH MINIMAL MOTHER TONGUE INFLUENCE. Ability to Execute:

- Required number of quality outbound and/or inbound calls during business hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

- Adhere strictly and without flaw to all company policy, operational process, procedures and compliance requirements.

- Provide excellent customer service while communicating with all the customers in determining the best option for resolving delinquency.

- Attention to detail in documenting and classifying all accounts in company or client systems.

- Team player. Diligently execute tasks as assigned.

Please Note: Night Hours Conveyance Facility is provided to all female employees.
