We are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing Collections Team.

We are hiring Collection Executives who can manage customer follow-ups for overdue loan repayments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely repayment.
- Negotiate suitable repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
- Update customer interactions and payment status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and comply with RBI and company collection policies.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, BPO, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
