Role Description The Client Service Executive role at Cogniter Technologies is a full time, in office position based in Chandigarh. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day client communication, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking service delivery against agreed expectations.



The role also involves gathering feedback, preparing client reports, identifying opportunities to enhance services, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage ongoing communication and support.
- Business Relationship Management capabilities to build, nurture, and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to handle escalations and ensure positive client experiences.
- Analytical Skills to interpret client data, identify trends, and recommend service improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Prior experience in client-facing roles within IT or digital services is preferred.
