Job Title: Cobol Developer Department: Back Office Systems About Business Line/Function Back Office Systems Department manages and supports core applications used in daily operations, ensuring stability, evolution, and scalability of legacy and mainframe platforms, contributing to business continuity and transformation initiatives.

Position Purpose

As a Cobol Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications on mainframe environments, contributing to both recent developments and enhancements of existing systems. You will be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), working in Agile or Waterfall frameworks, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions aligned with business needs. You will also leverage modern development practices, including AI-assisted tools, to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency, in compliance with BNP Paribas standards.
