The Play School Coordinator / Center Head / Counselor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning workplace, supporting admissions and parent counseling, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the play school/center.

- Lead, supervise, and support teachers and non-teaching staff.

- Counsel parents regarding admission procedures, curriculum, and child development.

- Handle admissions, enrollments, and maintain student records.

- Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment.

- Plan and monitor academic activities, events, and celebrations.





- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.

- Address parent concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

- Monitor children's progress and coordinate with teachers for individual development.

- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare reports related to admissions, attendance, and school performance.

- Promote the school through community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
