Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping Supaclust’s strategy, operations, and growth in the global manufacturing ecosystem. This full time, on-site position in Mumbai involves overseeing partner manufacturer relationships, building and nurturing customer accounts with international OEMs, and guiding product and service offerings for mechatronic components.

The Co-Founder will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive business development, and contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Daily responsibilities include market research, evaluation of new partnership opportunities, decision-making on process improvements, and close collaboration with technical, sales, and operations teams.



The role also requires representing the company at industry events, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring alignment between business goals and the tech platform’s capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market, financial, and operational data for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with international clients and Indian manufacturing partners.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B technology-enabled services.
- Proficiency in marketing activities, including positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies for global OEMs.
- Ability to conduct structured research on markets, technologies, and supply chains to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prior leadership or startup experience, with a track record of building and scaling operations or teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, mechatronics, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and making decisions with a high degree of ownership.
