Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of NextONE Pharmaceuticals (P) Ltd. This full-time hybrid position is based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategy, overseeing product portfolio development in pharmaceuticals and health supplements, and guiding market expansion in gynecology, orthopedics, and gastroenterology segments. The Co-Founder will manage key partnerships with healthcare professionals and distributors, supervise sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.



The role also involves leading financial planning, building and mentoring cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of innovation, ethics, and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals, team members, partners, and investors.
- Proven sales skills with experience driving revenue growth and managing relationships with distributors and medical practitioners.
- Marketing expertise, including brand positioning, product promotion, and market penetration in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Research skills to support product development, market assessment, and continuous improvement of the company’s offerings.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences; prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid workplace and to take ownership of outcomes in a fast-growing company.
