Role Description The Co-founder & CTO will lead the end-to-end technology strategy, product architecture, and engineering execution for Credaris.ai’s retail credit infrastructure platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves close collaboration with co-founders on business strategy, product roadmap, and key partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing system design and scalability, guiding data and analytics integrations, managing engineering teams, and ensuring robust security and compliance across the tech stack.

The role also includes hands-on involvement in coding and technical decision-making, mentoring team members, and representing the technology vision in investor, partner,



and client conversations.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills and research abilities to design data-driven credit infrastructure and evaluate complex business and technology problems.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, and to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Exposure to sales and marketing in a technology or fintech context, with the ability to support product positioning, client conversations, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven experience in building and scaling technology platforms, preferably in fintech, credit, or financial services; strong background in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Experience leading and growing engineering teams, with a focus on secure, reliable, and high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and risk modeling is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
