Its flagship platform, Spectropy, is a proprietary prediction engine that unifies hyperspectral satellite data, drill-core analysis, and multiple geophysical datasets into a single subsurface intelligence layer.

Using spectral unmixing, geophysical inversion, and terrain-specific deep-learning models, Spectropy generates high-confidence mineral prospectivity maps from surface to drill bit. By replacing fragmented, siloed workflows with a data-driven, physics-informed approach, Ecomine helps geologists identify precise drilling locations and underlying rationale. Role Description As a Co-founder – Fullstack Developer (AI / ML) at Ecomine, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power the Spectropy platform. You will develop scalable backend services and APIs, integrate AI/ML pipelines into production systems, and implement responsive, user-friendly frontends for geologists and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists and geophysicists to operationalize models, optimize performance, and ensure robust data ingestion and visualization workflows. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, product roadmap discussions,



and technical strategy while helping shape core engineering processes and culture. This is a full-time, remote role, with co-founder responsibilities that include ownership of key technical components and active participation in fundraising, partnerships, and product demos as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to design system architectures, interpret AI/ML model outputs, and debug complex fullstack issues.
- Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, and presenting technical decisions.
- Sales-oriented mindset to support product pitches, technical demos, and customer conversations in a co-founder capacity.
- Marketing awareness to translate technical capabilities into value propositions and contribute to product positioning and messaging.
- Research skills to explore new frameworks, algorithms, and tools relevant to fullstack development, AI/ML deployment, and geospatial data.
- Proficiency in contemporary fullstack development (e.g., Node.js/Python on backend, React/Vue/Angular on frontend, REST/GraphQL APIs).
- Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models, preferably in geospatial or scientific computing environments.
- Comfort with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, and scalable data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
