Company Description ARROVEN Aviation Intelligence is building an Engineering Decision Intelligence platform to transform aircraft maintenance investigations. ARROVEN is OEM-agnostic and designed to complement existing maintenance workflows, helping engineering teams prioritize likely root causes, identify relevant historical cases, and make faster, better-informed decisions. The company is currently in a proof-of-concept stage and actively seeks industry validation, incubation, mentorship, and pilot partnerships with airlines, MROs, and aerospace organizations. Role Description The Co-Founder role at ARROVEN Aviation Intelligence is a core leadership position responsible for driving product, business, and operational strategy. This is an on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on product vision and roadmap, validating customer problems, and guiding the design and development of the engineering decision intelligence platform. The Co-Founder will engage with airlines, MROs, and aerospace partners; lead early customer conversations, and help structure pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments. The role also involves building the initial team,



setting up operational processes, managing budgets and partnerships, and supporting fundraising and investor relations.

The successful candidate will work closely with existing founders to define company culture, ensure regulatory and safety considerations are integrated into the product, and position ARROVEN for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Solid background in aviation, aerospace engineering, aircraft maintenance, or related technical domains, with familiarity in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in product strategy, early-stage startup building, or technology commercialization, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, and manage execution in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Comfort working directly with industry stakeholders (airlines, MROs, OEMs) to understand their workflows, challenges, and requirements.
- Sound understanding of business fundamentals such as go-to-market planning, partnerships, budgeting, and fundraising is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and willingness to work on-site and closely collaborate with engineering teams in the Greater Hyderabad Area.
- A degree in engineering, aviation, computer science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in aerospace or complex industrial domains is also valued.
