Role Description The Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) will be responsible for leading business strategy, commercial growth, and market expansion for Zenlynx Technology. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing go-to-market plans, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to drive adoption of the ZenX platform.

The CBO will collaborate closely with product, technology,



and sustainability teams to align offerings with customer needs, refine value propositions, and support customer success. The role also involves leading fundraising and investor relations efforts, managing key enterprise accounts, representing the company at industry events, and building a high-performing business team to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

Robust analytical skills to interpret complex data, develop business insights, and support strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, executive presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven sales skills, including enterprise selling, pipeline management, and closing high-value commercial deals.

Marketing skills to shape positioning, drive demand generation, and support brand visibility in sustainability and climate-tech markets.

Research skills to track market trends, regulatory developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in ESG and sustainability.

Leadership experience in scaling technology or SaaS businesses, ideally in B2B enterprise or climate/sustainability domains.

Experience working with or selling enterprise software platforms, data analytics, or AI-driven solutions.

Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
