Social Engine is a rapid-growing influencer marketing and creator economy platform. With an active pan-India network of over 1.5 Million+ creators, we bridge the gap between brands and authentic storytelling. We have successfully conceptualized and executed high-impact digital campaigns for leading national brands, including Dabur, Emami, Oshea, Origami, and many more.

As we move into our next phase of aggressive expansion, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy Co-Founder to join our leadership team, take active ownership of business operations, and co-steer the company toward scaling.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional employee role. You will step in as a Co-Founder and Equity Partner. You will work directly alongside the Founder to drive business growth, expand our brand portfolio, streamline campaign operations, and scale our tech and creator infrastructure.

We are seeking a partner who brings both operational expertise and a strategic capital commitment (₹5L – ₹10L) to demonstrate long-term alignment and shared upside in the venture.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Brand Partnerships: Pitch, acquire, and manage relationships with D2C brands, FMCG conglomerates, and advertising agencies across India.

Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, creator onboarding, and quality control to ensure high ROI for client campaigns.

Strategic Growth & Scaling:



Work on long-term strategy, revenue modeling, and monetization channels within the creator economy.

Financial & Resource Planning: Co-manage operational budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation alongside the existing leadership.

What We Are Looking For

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Prior experience in building a startup, running an agency, or leading growth teams (preferably in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Media).

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), and digital marketing metrics.

Hands-on Execution: Ability to close deals, manage clients, and lead team members without needing hand-holding.

Financial Commitment: Ability to invest ₹5,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 for a mutually agreed equity stake in Social Engine.
